NDC Seminar Series 10

The 10th internal seminar in the NDC Series took place on 25 April 2023 with University of Aberdeen staff and students as well as external stakeholder partners attending.

Michael Olatunde (PhD student, NDC, School of Engineering) presented “An assessment of the longevity and fate of left-in-place subsea structures”. Dr Kate Gormley (Advanced Research Fellow, NDC, School of Biological Sciences) discussed her work on “Exploring the challenges and opportunities for sustainable shipping in the Arctic and North Sea” and Christoph Gade (PhD Student, NDC, School of Biological Sciences) shared his research on the “Environmental fingerprint: assessing mercury in cuttings piles”.
